Pull the air filter so you can see the throttle gap. Then follow Rolex's advice and adjust it until there is a small gap,approx 1mm +/-. Enough to keep it running first then fine tune it from there.
 
and the other problem that i had was tuning my engine..? any suggestions?

Set your trim knob to zero and adjust your idle screw while holding the trigger in full brake position.

which way should i adjust my idle screw?

I need help tuning my savage. There's so many needles, i dont know where to start? and i kinda already messed around with the needles to try and tune it. Where should i start?
