Lately on my t maxx when i have been running it, it starts out fine, then seems to heat up alot. Then it starts to bog out. When i shut it off, it will not start for a few minutes. I figured that it is way too lean so i richened it up. I ran it and still had same problem. I kept richening it up way past the stock high needle setting until it just bogs out a ton from being too rich. Anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

It was just my tuning. i was trying to get the high before the low needle. I took your advise and i think i got it tweaked. I'm experienced with tuning engines, but none like this one. It is tricky and I'm still gettin the hang of it. Thanks for your help!

Just a little information for you. When the engine gets overheated (say from excessive lean conditions), it will not want to start up right away after it is shut off or stalls out. The engine will want to cool down before cooperating with you.
