Improper gear mesh. When you install the next one, loosen the engine mount screws and put a thin strip of paper between the teeth on the clutch bell and spur gear. Push the engine in to close the gap, then snug, but do not tighten the screws on the engine. Move the gears back and forth to set the gap, tighten up the engine mount screws completely and remove the piece of paper. You will be good to go.

Any "idears" :hehe:

If it was set up properly and still stripped, look for something binding and causing drag in the drive train. Maybe also you need to loosen the slipper a tad more.

I had this happen to me once...

Found I was missing 1 engine mount screw so when jumping my engine was moving ever so slightly but enought to hit my clutch bell on my spurr...
Also make sure your tranny is tight... If thats moves, even just a little it will do the same thing...

And obviously like said above... Check your mesh and dont over tighten you slipper..

Good luck.. let us know how you go

it went again i think i mite get a steel one with hardend clutch bell
