How many have owned a Savage and switched to Revo? After many months of research myself and a buddy bought RC trucks, I bought a Savage and he bought a Revo. I have finally given up on Savage. I have replaced almost every part on my Savage that you can replace and it just keeps breaking. His Revo continues to run and he abuses it all the time, I think I care to much and that is why I am having a hard time. It just doesn't make any sense, If you can think of a problem or broken part I have experienced it. My delima is do I drop $500 more on a Revo? Any input would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

well it depends a savage is a good basher and a revo is a good racer. But if your friend is someone you trust and you have seen his revo in action and both your savage and his revo race/bash going off the same jumps and only yours breaks then yes get a revo.

I've watched a lot of vids in the video forum. there you can see how all different types of mt's perform. I'm not putting down any of them. when i seen what the revo can do i was hooked. so i figured if I'm gonna spend big bucks on a mt. the revo was it. i love the suspension and how well it does at bashing(and racing) it may have a .15, it still kicks butt. even if i did buy a savage I'm sure i would have just as much fun as i do my my revo and t-maxx. but keep doing some reshearch and watch some vids to.. dont forget to get more input from other people, they help a lot. good luck on what you choose.
