dose anyone know what is wrong with my savage when it get to secound gear to change the throtal and the steering stops working then it comes back again then it stops again then when it gets in secound gear it is ok.

Either your radio is glitching or your engine is too lean.
 
Are you running the stock electronics? I wouldn't think it would be a engine problem because the way you describe the problem it sounds like the throttle and steering stops responding all together. Do you have a failsafe in place? Perhaps the battery is weak and the failsafe it kicking it.
 
i dont have a failsafe and batterys are brand new could it be the receiver in the car.
