hey everyone, i made a short video to show you guys what its doing. the only way i can describe it is it sounds like its jumping in and out of gear.but from what i can tell it isnt a reverse issue as it does it in both f+r. any ideas on what it could possibly be would be great. i have taken the tranny out and checked all gears none of them are stripped or damaged at all. thanks in advance for any ideas.

Looks to me like it is doing what it is supposed to do. If anything the slipper might be slipping too much... Tighten your slipper all the way up then back it off 1/4 turn.

Give it some throtttle too. They just will not do well giving it that little throttle...

thanks for the quick response, ok makes sense, i tightened up the slipper before doing the vid and it didnt make any difference. but once it gets past that it does run well. thank you for the advise.it is my buddies so he will be happy to hear that it is normal. lol thanks again:D

sry about the video removal here it is again,

This might be dumb but is the brake sticking?

Not dumb. That is actually a good idea. It looks OK to me but I just thought his issue was due to a lack of proper throttle manipulation i.e. he wasn't nailing it! I didn't think it was a brake sticking 'cause when he lets off the throttle it rolls backward a tad. A locked brake wouldn't let it do that. I think. Man, now MY head hurts! Good callback to the qaart rant thread, no?

not a dumb question jnjritz, that was the first thing i checked in fact i do believe it is normal cause when you nail it it performs fine its only doing it at min throttle he noticed it when it first starts and he tres to take off easy to warm it up.it just requires a little more throttle than i am used to with my revo. thanks all you guys for lookin and giving advise,it is all well taken.
