help with integy steering plate????

hi, does any body have any pics of they savage with a integy steering plate on?? as i think i fitted mine wrong like a tw@t. he is mine, as you can see my screw does not sit flush with the plate??????

can anybody tell me if it is fitted the wright way. it still turns fine by the way

Mine fits like that too. I'm using the GPM one though but it's basically the same thing.From the pic it looks like the screw is straight though.

Try flipping the part upside down. The screw will not go flush against the part (the way you have it put in) due to the fact that the surface on the side you are screwing into is angled.
