I would say your LSN setting is out.

Take your LSN back to base setting (1. 3/4 turn out - or the screw just proud of the housing) and work from there.

You need to tune it, both the HSN & the LSN, it's LEAN on both needles.

Tune warmed up, @1/2 tank, make a WOT pass after each needle change, HSN, then LSN(3 second pinch test), then HSN again if needed.
