Help! Picco 28 Wasp (TEAM ORION) (TOKI)

Hi All,

I'm in need of some help, basically my old man has a Toki 28 WASP Picco variant or something or rather.

It has the black crank case but a silver heat sink with a little P on the side of the crankcase.

Basically we were tearing some rubber over the weekend and his came to a complete halt. At first he thought the engine had seized but it turns out the clutch bell had locked up and then snapped the con rod.

We are looking everywhere to find some more information / manuals on this car. Anyone got any ideas?
