hey guys i got a 3.3 t-maxx compression seems fine but i can't get it to idle i just about had it idleing but it was trying to take off so i tryed turning my lsn down and i lost all tune ha ha you got to love these nitros

First thing id do is start back at factory settings. Hsn 4 turns out, lsn flush. This will get ya started. If the tire are spinning at idle, you could check your clutch spring. My Tmaxx was taking off on me. Come to find out, I had. a broken clutch spring. How's your throttle linkage? Check that. Hope this helps. Peace.

tried factory settings no diffrence going to check my clutch spring but when i have it at factorey its spiting fuel out of pipe

Temperature outside could be playing a big part. Sounds like you may be too rich. Do ya have a light stream of blue smoke coming outta yer pipe?

ya i just checked my clutch out and gess what my spring was broke but a new one in her and wow i can tune her just fine you dont even no how upset i was over a spring ha ha lucky me i had a spare i got her tuned in temp is running about 230 and she is riding wheelies again thanks to ya i really thank ya for your time

How bad is the spring broke? If just the loop is broke off, you can make a new loop. It will be a little bit tighter, but it will still work. I've had that happen twice, with the same spring. Now both ends have homemade loops. :D

I was reading this thread and liked the part about relooping the clutch spring but did you readjust the clutch afterwards? The spring has not broken on me yet but it will inevitably happen....... :(

Ya it was just one loop i just threw a new spring on it and started driving what do ya meen when you say adjust the clutch is it adjustable looks to me as it aint are you talking about the bell clutch or slipper
