Help identify my maxx

Hey all, could someone please shed some light on what model my 2.5 maxx is please. I'm getting confused as I thort it was 4910 classic but they have black covers and black tranny. I have black tranny and grey covers. I have tried uploading a pic but can't off my iphone.

Grey covers? Umm do you mean battery and receiver box? The #4910 had black trans. The #4910 had grey trans case but was still the short chassis like the #4910. The battery box can be swapped between all models same as receiver box. Maxx's are all interchangeable mostly.

Yeh black tranny grey battery an receiver, I suppose it's not impossible that the grey parts have been added at some point in its life. So it's probably a 4910 then

It could possibly be a t maxx classic which is still being produced it is the same as the older 4910 but most of the plastics are Grey like the skids chassis braces bulkheads and the boxes.

Sounds like it's a classic then, all plastic mentioned above are grey. Cheers guys thanks for clearing that up.
