help! hard start, idels great, warms up and dies

ok so 2.5 runs great, starts hard, runs and drives great but after about 5 or 10 mins it dies and wont start for about 20 min. and is not flooded . runs good cold. pacts like when it heats up might not get enough fuel, maybe over heating and exposing a air leak ? replaced carb body and and great compression... any ideas ?

The compression is good when it's hot? Sounds like it's too lean on the LSN.
