Sorry, i know this is off topic,... but i figured i'd send the message out to all my fellow savage owners. (even tho mine is currently non-operable...... putting a hump pack in with an 1/8th inch charging jack so i never have to take that stupid plastic battery case lid off again) so anyways, here is the reason for this post. I entered a video into this internet contest to win some xbox 360s,... so if any of you guys could just go and vote a 10 on my video that would be awesome. Voting ends Monday November 7th at 12 noon. ALL the votes we can get would be greatly appreciated!!!!! If anyone else at this forum is in the contest post it here too and i will vote a 10 on it. the site is www.hex168.com but here is the direct link to my video.

yea,... without knowing the contest and everything it is really really weird,....sorry,... i coulda gave a background, but figured i'd save you the time, and just ask for some help.... so thanks for the 10!!!!! all the votes help!!!!!!!!!! (did you at least like the editing?)
 
well,.... microsoft went through this huge viral marketing campaign with all this weird crop circle sightings and etc.... talking about the "hex168" (if you convert 168 hexadecimal to regular old decimal its 360)... so anyways, they released the info for this contest oct 18th,... saying you can make a vid with exactly 6 ppl (their are other categories too,... but they dont concern this explanation) up to 40 seconds long, showing how the "hex" has affected the people. (specifically, showing "the unusual among the mundane").... so that's basically it,... a video showing six people under the "hex"..... just tryin to win an xbox360 man! you can feel my pain right?.... yea,..... i write in fragments, how i think,.... so hopefully that made sense,... but basically it's "supposed" to look weird, so that's good..... oh, and thanks for the editing complement, it was definately some late nights,.... only had a few days to do it........

also, thanks to everyone here who helped me out,... thanks to all of your help we made it to the semi-finals,... so come this thursday we'll find out if we win or not,... i'll keep you posted if you're interested,... thanks again guys,... and sorry for being "that annoying, vote for me, guy"...... GO SAVAGES!
 
Some may consider this off topic, but I find myself astounded every single year by Microsoft's ingenious marketing.

www.ilovebees.com and all the other crap they did for the first Xbox and Halo 2.
The pictures that "surfaced" of the kid playing an Xbox 360 his dad brought home to test. Microsoft never ceases to amaze me with thier great schemes.

Too bad the products are crap, huh?
