help 3.3 engine

hi i need help i just got a new 3.3 tmaxx engine now heres the prob the piston is very tight at the top of thye sleve an as it is going up it gets about 4/5 mill from the top an pushes the sleve up with it whats wrong an also i have a conpleat 2.5 engine whats this swap thing i can do any input or help would be of great help to me thanks cockers

Your 3.3 being that tight is a good thing. It won't do that when assembled and running though.

i tried building it back up an it jams when i try to start it with ez starter an can you get the engine swap in the uk thanks

that happen to me the ez start doesn't like give it enough if you heat the glow plug up with one of those glow plug ignitors and then use the ez start while its on it should fire right up is your fly wheel like real tight and its hard to move?

Can you turn the flywheel over by hand? There should be noticeable resistance at top dead center, but you can turn past it. If you cannot turn the flywheel more the 1/2 turn, you may have either put your piston in facing the wrong direction, or the backplate on upside down causing the piston to hit either the crankshaft or the backplate.
If you reassembled the engine correctly, heating the case before you start it up with a hairdryer or heat gun will help. You may also need a stronger battery in your EZ start wand.
ERP in the UK? I don't see why not. I think it will still have to go to Plano, Texas, so shipping and customs will take longer.

i have just rebuilt it again still the same i can turn the fly wheel all the way but when the piston gets to the top its a lot harder to turn it feels like the piston is gettin jammed in the sleve i just dont know what to do i have spent £500 on hop ups alone an starting to want a savage wit no hassle

The piston will ALWAYS get tight near the top because of compression. That means the engine is in good shape.
Remove the glow plug and tell us how it feels when you turn the flywheel by hand.

glow plug removed it turnes but makes a weird noise when piston reaches the top i dont know what to do am thinkin off givin up and just sellin the lot an get a savage

It sounds like it just has a really tight pinch. Make sure your EZ start battery is charged and heat the case up before you go sell it off.

Sounds like a tight engine put the heat to her and turn it over. Should start no problem. If the EZ start wont turn it roll the flywheel over Top Dead Center and hit it again.

woo i have fixed the problem my little monster is now runnin not the best needs a little tune if any one can help its a3.3 engine oh an i need a big set off wheels if any one has or knows were i can get some thanks peps
