The heli and the paint job are real, But the MI-24 is Russian, so it wont be used by the U.S. and isnt flying in Iraq. I remember reading somthing like, it belongs to the Hungarian Airforce and it was used for display and air shows. But that was a while ago.

edit: it is a sweet paintjob though.

Yes it's a Russian made helo, got those pix several years ago through some trade show info or something. Cool nonetheless.
