I always liked the 1st year second gen noses. Camaro and TA. Split bumpers and a guy with a blue and white 455 in it locally for me to drool over at car shows. One of my favs.
I'm not a rubber bumper fan butyl my bud in vegas has an annivarsary indy turbo 301 with under 30k miles on it last I saw it. He still has it.

It drove like a brand new car. It was a lot of fun to drive even though a far cry from todays turbo performance cars.
I learned how to drive very young. I wasn't romping on it...

I learned how to drive in a 70 442 455 convertible. Blue, white white auto, ac, poer everythimg. My next door neighbor bought the car from my dad and I drooled over it for over a decade.

Being in the salvage industry, we had a LOT of nice cars!

I knew lots of other ppl with nice cars too.
Worked with some New England Dragway legends tho was not old enough to absorb their knowledge really. Dragsters were above my paygrade though I loved them SO MUCH!
Muscle cars from the 60's 70's, even some imports... just a super time to be into cars! My favs for sure!
