ok i flipped my truck like 8 times yesterday and i broke my heatsink head. HOW IN THE WORLD DO I TAKE IT OFF??? it is so hard to get the (4) screws that is binding the head in place to take off, any ideas or tips would greatly help :preachin:

All I can say is to remove the four bolts and it falls off. If you only took a fin or two out I would not fix it , it won't hurt anything.

Pee Wee

Pissant try baking the motor, remove the carb and of course any fuel. You would want to wrap it in aluminum foil and bake it at 300degrees for about 5-10 minutes. Of course be careful when taking it out but this should greatly help removing the head bolts.

yea i use the alenwrench and it is so hard to get the screws loose and it hurts my hands alot when i tug on. i just got a new head and would really like to get the old one off as soon as possible! :(

THANKS!!! JONE! i used the pliers with the alenwrench and it worked prefectly! :bling:
