I HAVE A T-MAXX 2.5 AND WAS WONDERING I WAS RUNNING IT LAST NIGHT GOT IT TO WHERE IT WAS ABOUT 250 DEGREES AND I STARTED JUMPING IT UP A SAND PILE AND JUST RUNNING SHORT BURSTS UP THE HILL AND I CHECKED THE TEMP AND IT WAS AT 391 DEGREES :devious: SO I TURNED MY HSN OUT A LITTLE BIT AND I COUNTED I AM LIKE 4 TURNS OUT AND I AM AT 1000 FT ABOVE SEA LEVEL. AND SOON AS I STARTED UP AND DOWN THE ROAD IT COOLED DOWN TO 258

The 2.5 can get very hot when under heavly load like jumping sand or gravel piles or excessive hill climbs or tall grass runs. Just keep and eye on it that you don't cook it and cool it off by running it in open spaces with lots of traction. That is what I would call a very normal experience with the 2.5 motor. You did the right thing by richining it up some.

I'm with Blazer on this one.

I also ask that you not make posts in all caps. In the internet world that is considered yelling. So please take the caps lock off the next time. Thanks. :D
