3 out of the 4 screws that hold my heat sink on are stripped. Does anyone know how i should go about trying to get it off?

VERY CAREFULLY drill the screws out. You can get the head off no problem if you do it right. I just had to do this same thing for a friend on his motor mount. 2 of the 4 screws were stripped. Drill a very small pilot hole right down the center into the screw and gradually go up in size till the head of the screw pops off onto the drill bit. Once you get the heads off of the stripped ones, you can apply pressure with the same bit in reverse and it should take the remainder of the screw threads right out of the engine. If your careful, you won't mess anything up... it really isn't that big of a deal, just make sure you are drilling straight into the screw... you don't have to go that far either.

No prob man. Just be patient with it and have good sharp bits and you'll have no trouble getting it out. Let me know how it goes.

yea i did it earlier today and had no problem. now the only problem i have is that i need a new crankshaft b/c my other one snapped right where it begins to be threaded

Oh damn dude... that sucks, but hey, at least you were able to get the damn thing appart :) Well good luck with it.

if you use a dremel tool and can reach down in there with a small bit, you can create a new groove for the screwdriver to grab ahold of. A dremel tool is so good for so many things.
