my question is... I have a Wicked Angel and it's cracked so rather than fix it, I wanna put my engine on a car chassis. motor is a M-Tech 2.7cc marine engine can I take the water cooled head off and put a air cooled on it? if so what head setup would work?

You CAN, but you wouldn't be gaining much. Marine engines are not required to provide the 'grunt' that's needed for car engines, and are meant more for constant RPMs. Then there's the mount, and the clutch and a few other things.

Not to mention the overall clearance of the interior of the boat. It's a lot tighter inside a boat, than inside a buggy or MT.

Yup. Get an engine that's made for a car. That way you also have all the part support you need, rather than trying to convert things that weren't meant to be.
