i am having trouble with my new engine (.25) i am having trouble with the piston and the cylinder.

i took of the head sink and the under head but when i turn the flywheel the piston goes up and it takes the cylinder with it so it looks like the piston its hitting the cylinder . any help please

The piston slides up & down in the sleeve - The sleeve does not move inside the engine because the cooling head acts as a stop to prevent the sleeve from moving. Thus when you removed the cooling head - you removed the stop for the sleeve. Since it is a new motor - the sleeve and piston will have a really tight fit, especially when the piston rises to the top of the sleeve. Since the stop is removed (cooling head), the sleeve will just slide up out of the motor as the piston pushes up on it. It is normal, I wouldn't mess with anything. What exactly are you trying to do?

the same thing that you say its happening .i wont mess with it no more. thanks DIGITAL LIQUID.
