the engine, it sits on the side.
it has a big gear and the two smaller gears and just before the black one it has part of the chassis and can't fit the gears under the chassis part.

is there anyway to remove the gears and then take out the engine?

What kind of car/truck is it and what kind of motor? Someone here will probably know, just need a little more info. ;)

its a thunder tiger car (i dont know what model) and it has a Mercedes body (not slr) i think its a merc sl and it has a blue bumper if that helps. the engine is just stock.

It sounds to be you're either talking about the clutch bell or the spur gear. If it's the clutch bell, you have to remove the engine unless you can access the screw that keeps the whole assembly together and still be able to actually remove the clutch bell itself. If it's the spur gear, same thing applies as above. If it's possible to remove it without moving or harming anything around it, it should be fine.
