ok dude i had this same problem with my ultra gt.. it would work fine then start glitching really bad and i would have range of about 10 feet i could take it all apart and put it back together and it would work for a bit then do it again it also killed my christals then my receiver would die.. i went through 2 recievers.. almost 3.. and two christals befor i figured it out.. it was a bluebird servo that was screwed.. it was on my throttle and would work fine for awile (once up to 4 tanks) then start going crazy.. the bad part is you can't test it untill it starts messing up.. when it does.. unplug one servo and see if it still does it if so plug it in and unplug the other one.. but that was my problem with close to the same symptoms.. sorry for the book here.. just trying to be thorough..

Thanks bason for the reply..

see somebody else was telling me the same thing..a bad servo. Would a bad throttle servo also cause the steering not to work? cus during when all this would happen I lost control over throttle and steering..

I'm also confused as to why after it hit the truck windsheild it went back to normal..then went wide open throttle when my dad picked it up????

You are oing ot have to do this step by step and methodically. It all happened after a bad cartwheel and both servos were affected. Apparently there is no coninuous signal. Do the obvious first, check your receiver. If you can, swap out another receiver and see if it works. If it's still the same thing, it's most probably the crystal. if that's the case, switch out the crystal for a good one that you know to be in good condition.

Methodically and one by one ... check all electronics.

yes i had the same symptoms and it was the throtle servo.. it would make the receiver glitch which controles both servos.. so yes it can interfier with both..

Thanks guys for the replys...

Diver- I put in my new Jr xr3i controller and reciever in the buggy and had the same problem..

Beason- I fixin to place a order for 2 new hi-tech servos and a new switch..so hopefully your right and its just a bad servo..

I'm still open for any suggestions..
