Hats off to Traxxas

I had some problems with my N-Pede recently. I never expected a company to be so accommodating and helpful. I definitely see now why my LHS told me that Traxxas may or may not have the best cars, but their customer service is exemplary. Are there other companies out there who have great service? I'm looking into another truck sometime soon, and I'd like to go with someone who really stands next to their product.

HPI is another company with awesome service. So is Associated. Either one of those two companies will do you right.

from my personal experience, Losi is another company that should be considered.

When the MLST was introduced several people reported issues with the gears and Losi replace the faulty gears and wheels with no questions.

I called Traxxas twice so far, and their service and patience is amazing.
