I was breaking in my 2.5, i was on the 4th step when you go full throttle for 3 seconds. I noticed that she was running a little strange so i stopped it and pulled the glow plug. The plug was completely toasted, i mean the wire was complete gone melted. The engine must have gotten so hot that it melted it. Needless to say this REALLY scared me. So i turned the HSN counter clockwise to richen and let it cool. After that it seems to be running ok, but it is still HOT. How do i cool it down more?

get a temp gun and fatten the HSN till it cools but performs right. New mills are going to run hot anyway till everything loosens up.

You don't go full throttle for 3 seconds, but apply trigger till you REACH full throttle IN 3 seconds, then coast it. If you need to bring the temp down, richen the LSN slightly.

Ya, buy a VENOM RACING - On Board temp gauge if you like to see your max temp during a race. Just make sure to install it right.
