Since being away from the R/C stuff since November, I got back into it after meeting a dude with a bash track in his back yard who also shares the same area code as I do.

During my Savage years, I embarked on numerous attempts to keep my truck's engine from running out of fuel while being in a state of "upsidedowness".
I tried them all, everything from heli/airplane tanks to header tanks with clunks.

Now that the Savage has passed on an owner of more deserving nature, I have done the same with my Losi, keeping track and the progress of members here who have drilled and sealed clunks into their stock tanks, although the idea fascinates me, it does worry me, so I have taken in unto my self to try a simple tank that never failed me in the past.

I grabbed my Team Associated MGT tank with the dual pick up and mounted it to the back of my LST, I look forward to trying it out in the upcoming week, I have done all the internal and external pressure tests, and nothing has leaked, no bubbles in the fuel line upside or downside up.

And yes, that is an STS.30DM modded by a dude that (presumably still) goes by the name of "maximus" on some other select forums.

Nice job, that is a great fuel tank. I used one on one of my midtank Savages.
It looks like the tank is a bit close to the shocks, could just be a pic illusion though.

It's no closer than the stock one was, even if they do hit the tank, it's not as easy as you might think it is to break the tank. Some might say the shock tower will flex and then the shocks will hit it, but the roll bar will take that problem out of the equation.
