hard to start

i just bought it and its been really hard to start it turns over for ever then will fire up and run great any ideas why also what can i do for more power ??? i just orderd a cage aluminum skids bumpers trans skid and servo saver bulk heads are next week

Do you prime it before you start spinning it over, if you do, you may be holding your finger over the exhaust too long and flooding it, i always pull the line off the exhaust and blow thru it until the fuel gets to the carb, other people use the exhaust method.

If its a 2.5, you could always step up to a 3.3 or a picco 26 for more power

I usually use the old finger over the exhaust method. I prime just till i see the fuel through the line just b4 the carb.Maybe check ur glow plug or try a new one and see what happens.

i blow in the pressure tube fires right up after that you can get a primer bulb for it too
