I am totally new to this hobby. I have a t maxx with the 2.5. It is used and after my second run I am having a hell of a hard time to start it. It starts not too bad but not right when I first take it outside. I can usually keep it running for about 2-3 minutes and then it dies and it will not start at all. After 20 minutes it will want to go but not quite. I can't even get it warm to do a pinch test. I am wondering where to start. Do I get a new glow plug and see if that helps so I can tune the carb or is there a rule of thumb for the needles just to get you running so I can check it out. Glow plug is glowing bright orange. Thanks KB

The sock needle settings are...
The high speed needle is 4 turns out.
The low speed needle is 1 1/2 turns out.
the idle is set by taking off your airfilter and looking at your slide the gap needs to be around 1 mm about the thickness of a credit card.
Hope this helps..
