Hard pack dirt track tire

Hey what's up was just wondering what your guys choice of tire would be for a tmaxx on a dirt track. I baught big 7in tires on beadlocks and don't want to take them to the track cas there too big. I want like a trophy truck style tire and rim that's not as big/wide as the stock maxx tires. Any suggestions?

i think if I'm not mistaken alot or people are using a knobby like tire like the proline resonse or bowtie or caliber. And also to i think there are different compound tires like soft med and hard. Could be wrong though i guess i was once:hehe:

The ones above are nice, but are 2.2, and wont work. i would say that these would be a good bet because they will wear nicely, and they can probably handle more than a t-maxx can dish out.

make sure if you buy these you tape them. and do a good glue job. here is a tutorial on taping tires that also explains why you do it. The best tape to use is called gorilla tape.
