Thanks for all the old age encouragement gentlemen!

So far I’m enjoying a quiet morning sitting at the store while my wife is out and about. Hmm….. I wonder what she’s up to? She was a bit elusive about her schedule today. I’m sure she’s up to no good. Ill take the afternoon off and go do some birthday shopping. We tend to get our own presents and say thank to each other. This works out great for us. We never have to return stuff we don’t like or didn’t need. Ill go to the LHS and see if there is anything I can’t live without.

My biggest birthday gift is that I met my goal of loosing 50 lbs by my birthday. I went from 225 to 175 and feel great. It’s the best gift I ever gave myself. I just need to reward myself by not gaining it back.
