have any of you had the picco and had the header of the exhaust hit the rear shock? if so is it safe to bang a little dent in the header to keep it from rubbin and did anyone have any problems with the picco fitting anywhere else?

The only place I have had header problems is the rubbing against the TVP! PISSES ME OFF TOO!

No problems with the shock though.

Denting in the header will however have an impact on performance. Good or bad I dont know. But it will restrict, even if ever so slightly, exhaust flow.

The dent in the header will cause the "smooth" flow of air to become "turbulent". This may have an adverse affect on the pipe's performance depending on where you place the dent and how big you make it.

Last saturday I was doing a little micro bashing. One little jump, hit the right rear fender and the header broke (like busted into two pieces) the shock closest to the header. I engineered a fix that (hopefully) anyone can do. I have drawings, and the prototype, but no pix or a how to as of yet. Soon to be posted.
