Shoot, I'm lucky, lol.. I don't have to do anything really major to dress up. This pic was taken without any face paint; just the proper lighting/angles.

All I have to do is just a pale blue face paint, wet my hair, and tilt my head slightly down. That, with all black clothing.

That is an evil looking picture HB.

My hairline was in FULL ALL OUT (french style) retreat. So shaving the head makes me look a few years younger.

Actually, my hairs' not really that bad. That's just how it is in my family. The angle my face is at in the picture makes it look worse than it is.
