I got a call from someone telling me that I'd been hacked since her daughter got a link to a coffee shop from me.
I've been calling anyone on my list to let them know I didn't send it and to trash it rather than open it.
I called Avast, my virus protection program, and they wanted to charge me $119 to fix the problem.
I'M PAYING THEM TO PREVENT THE PROBLEM!!!

Any advise?

I just got off the phone with AT&T since I have my internet and email through them. Reset passwords and security codes.

There was nothing in my SENT folder but a lot of failures in my in box, and emails from people wondering why I sent that.
However they did it, it wasn't sent through this computer.

Lloyd also got one from me.
One that was returned was from iZotope, an audio program in my computer, addressed to my next door neighbor in New York.
I've never seen anything like this and my throat is raw from calling so many people.
