Has anyone here used a gyro (heli heading hold, hpi D-Box, or the like) on their revo. i was wanting something to help keep my beast going in a straight line when i hit WOT. . .it seems to have "torque steer". just wondering if any of yall have used them with any success. Thanx

I bought a cheap one to see what happens once. I didn't noticed much other then twichy steering but like I said it was a cheap one.

I have used gyros in overpowered two wheel drives; they work ok.

You should not need a gyro in a revo as they are four wheel drive. If wheelspin is throwing you out of control with your revo try thinner oil in the rear diff and thicker oil in the front.

Mate and I have run some crazy powerful engines in a revo, and it handles really well, easy to control even drift, it's all in the set up.
