Any guitar pickers on here? I have been squeeking around on one for about ten years or so. I'm by no means a Stevie Ray Vaughn or Eddie Van Halen but I do enjoy messing around with it. I currently have a Fender Stratocaster left hand model I hot rodded it a bit with some SRV Texas Special pickups. It's got a midnight wine body with a maple neck. I use a Peavy VT Classic 100 watt amp with 2 12 inch speakers. It's an old glass tube amp which is the only kind to have imho because nothing sounds like the old glass tube amps the hotter the tubes get the better they sound. I also have an old Zoom 505 effects pedal that I picked up in pawn shop a few years back it does ok but I would like to someday get a pedal board or a processer. This is my other hobby besides RC and was just wondering if anybody else on here happened to be a guitar slinger.:D

I used to mess with it a lot. But I haven't really spent any time with it in a couple of years, so I sold off everything but my acoustic. I've piddled with it for over 20 years on and off, but never very seriously.

Used to play a ton. Now just a hobbyist. But I'm enjoying passing on the passion to my 15 year old daughter. She's a total guitar addict. Bought her a digital recorder for Christmas because she's started writing her own songs. I'm still piddling around on my early 90's era Charvel 475 Special. But did just buy a brand new Ibanez EW20 acoustic that I play often. Hoping to sell the Charvel soon and get a Strat and hopefully a Les Paul to keep the rust off.

Yeah I want a Les Paul too but it will have to be an Epifone since I'm left handed and there is no way I could afford the actual Gibson model. That's great that your daughter is into playing and writing her own stuff. I think music is a good healthy form of self expression. I've had my strat for about 8 years. Bought it brand new through Musician's Friend. I've come close to selling it a couple times but I know as soon as I do I will kick myself in the ass for it.

I just moved recently and I haven't come across mine yet.
It's the classic Nevasene 1.
It's one of the best air guitars made back in the 70s. I knew I should have put it back in the case.

Was it a Nevasene 1? They hardly come up for sale anymore.
All collectors items and all hand crafted by Yewno Sawmee Needer, the best air carver that ever lived.
