Been plannin on putting these up for sale, but I never got around to taking pictures for the post. I prefer pickup/cash only - May take exception for a MO and shipping, but I really dont want to ship. I'll meet up half way or so, depending on how far away you are.. If I sell the GT2, the Jato will probably come off the boards. If you have any questions, Email me at [email protected]. I'll be able to respond quicker from Email than the thread or PMs.

Thanks

Mike

Anyways... Heres the GT2. The engine was broke in, and had maybe 2 tanks after that. It hasn't seen much dirt, mostly dust! This needs to go. The only "upgrades" to it are the motorsavers airfilter and the rechargable hump pack. I'm asking $180.

Heres the Jato. It has the 2.5r engine in it. Single speed trans conversion. Top plate modification - which is stabalized w/ Lunsford Titanium Turnbuckles (Racers' Haven in Bakersfield, CA sells them in package or piece by piece). Traxxas Hard Anodized Ti-Ni shocks w/ shock boots. It also has Traxxas aluminum turnbuckles and Lunsford Titanium turnbuckles. Uppers are known for snapping aluminum which is why I used titanium. The receiver box was trimmed, so the lid no longer fit. I was going to pick up a smaller receiver and move on from the stock Traxxas radio. I believe thats all the upgrades. RPM Wheels, Proline tires - Upgraded the bearings for the front wheels too. Dont remember what type of bearings, but they were pricey :) Did this around January, and haven't played with my RCs much since then. Oh - One final thing, The antenna for the TX disappeared. Ofcourse the radio is included but you'll have to find a replacement for the antenna if you want to use it. I'm asking $225.

The GT2 is the current platform. Its been on the market for about a year now. The GT2 I'm selling is the RTR version, not the kit.

To the Top!

The GT2 is a great stadium truck for 1/10th scale racers! If your just getting into racing, or you want a to upgrade from your old GT10 or Losi, this is truck will be a great start! The truck ran through my buddies track so smooth I couldn't believe it! I just dont have time, nor the interest, to race in that class. When I do have time, I run my Revo or Jato. This truck needs to go, otherwise its just collecting dust!

The Jato's top plate modification was done so to increase its handling on dirt tracks. More like the traditional trucks in its class, it has its its weight balanced towards the rear. The dirt-handling of this truck has increased dramatically. Before it was undrivable in the dirt. The rear always wanted to pass the front! Completely different story. Just too much goin on these days to run the Jato.

yea dont diss the GT2's, they really are nice little ST's. every once in awile i drop by Leisure hours race way in Joliet Illinois, there is a GT2 that races with the truggies, i've got video of it. I'm just unsure of where it would be.

but yea. GT2. great truck! Great Buy, great Begginer

Still for sale, let me know if your interested. Time to sell these to help fund other projects! Local Southern Cali deals prefered for easy sells. Open to some trades... I've also got an older kyosho nitro powered heli I came across. No info on it yet, I'll see about gettng pictures when I get back in town.
