Like militarymaxx, you can get them on ebay.
When I got my storm, there were a lot of storms on ebay. If you look hard enough, you can get the storm rtr, new in box, for $350 or so. It's a great deal - engine is good, radio is very good, buggy is sturdy with lots of upgrade options to keep you busy for a good long time.
