It does not say that it's ti but that's the one that I saw at the lhs for $22.

The GS part with the bearings is good. The dynamite one is cheaper though...LOL I like the dynamite one even without the bearings. I think they might reduce drag a little but I am not sure just how much.

OK I am revivng this thread to ask about my diffs. I am tryimg to get a storm rtr up and running. I just replaced the broken Front universal. Now It seems that maybe one of the diffs are blown or assembled wrong. When I place the motor on the storm and get my mesh right it seems as if the diffs are fighting each other. Had the same problem on my PCR PRO and it turned out to be the on of the diffs to be backwards. Is that what I am looking at? Please help!!

Hey guys I just go a strom Pro off the net and I was wondering if someone could help me on how to post a pic of it so you guys could tell me what you think of it and what you think I could do to make it better. Any help would be great.

gs storm

i've been out of the hobbby for a bit..but i got aa gs storm when they 1st came out... as to posts i saw concernig ripping the chassis it can and does happen...and no my screws werent lose...the first chassis was a poor design compared to other buggies...i got the fioroni chassis.... it is stronger and i have not ripped it.. however it still has the same basic design and i have bent mine right at the susp mounts. ....

i see now there is a new gs chassis which fixes this problem...i think there is a new fioroni one as well.

anyways a couple of tips for beginners decideing which hop ups to get...
the hinge pins on ebay will help this buggy alot although they do not work on the fiorini chassi.
the metal suspension mounts are to be avoided at all cost with an older chassis ..as i believe this attributes to the chassis tearing...if you use the plastic ones { 2.99} they will give in a bad crash vs the chassis. the new designed chassis if usuable with the hinge pins on ebay may make better use of the metal susp. mounts

this buggy is still i believe the best bargain for what you get....i got the proshock towers...metal hubs....the front brace{pro} helps you from trashing the upper susp arms{turn buckles the front and rear brace that connect the chassis to the rear diff and steering plate are a good investnent as well ...

havent seen the need to invest in the carbon or more expensive diff plate ...mine has held up fine through the years.

the new storm CL-1 seems a real winner
takes first or runner-up places in the races they run
