Actually, its the ARR. The RTR without the radio and engine.

I'll be slappin a Hyper 8-port in it. :jet:

I wish I could of found an ARR, they just don't make them anymore. Make sure the kit doesn't have the old diffs with the old diff problems. If the kit date is older the Jan 2002 send the diffs right away back to horizon and they will send you new ones (takes like 4 days total Horizon is quick).

My LHS said they had it for about 6 months, but i'll check it out. Thanks for the tip!! If it is old, my LHS will probably take care of it for me. They are cool like that.

BTW, what do you think an ARR kit should sell for??? :D

Yeah, my LHS is excellent. They dropped the price by $50. I was expressing interest in it and they told me since it was sitting around that they would go down on the price to get rid of it. Poor little old ARR kit. I will give it a nice home and show it some lovin!!

hey humblodt - my LHS still has one of the ARR's left if u want it.

So I can have 3 Storms? The maintiance would kill me! Thats why I have been playing with my little electric lately. I tired of cleaning so many vehicles after a couple hours of play. I can't put my nitro's away dirty so if I can't play with them right then I won't play with them at all. Plus I want to build my dragster. I will be buying the frame hopefully by the first of Aug.

I couldn't wait any longer so I dragged the wife with me to the LHS to get my Storm. I also got the Hyper 8p and a 645MG for steering. Pics to follow later!

Pics!!!

Very careful with those tires or your'll end up with slicks :dumb: Then you'll have to bag your wife to let you get new tires for the car you JUST bought :trout:

Thanks for the warning! I already have a set of Proline Knuckles pre-mounted on Velocity wheels.

Doin some assembly today and...

Can Someone Tell me a Better Way to Connect the Stinkin Brake Linkages!! They Keep Binding!! ARGHH!!!

Naw, it's more like the linkages cannot move freely in the brake levers. If throttle is applied, it also pulls on the brake linkages. The 2 rods from the servo are rubbing on the eye holes in the brake actuator arms.
