i recently got an rs4 rtr 3 from ebay this is my first nitro car and i did not '
realize how low it sat there is maybe an 1/8 inch clearance in the front
i am just using it for a parking lot basher and was wondering if there
might be some off road tires and wheels i could get that would fit the car
to raise it a little and maybe longer shocks i dont really want to change the entire suspension at this point just get her off the ground as much as possible
the higher the better any help would be appreciated thank you

You should be able to adjust ride height somehow. I don't have any experience with an RS4 but I'm sure you'll get a response here quickly.

it was not new in the box but i think the guy was in to lowriders if this thing is sitting on the table you might be able to push the front end down 1/16 of an inch before the chassis bottoms out the shock collars (i guess that what to call them) are purple anodized and the springs are black and seem weak the car runs great but man i hit a little dip and i mean little in the parking lot and this thing did about 6 front flips
guessing at about 35-40mph i cringed,it looked real ugly but the car seems ok
any help on what i can do to raise it would be great i would actually like to run off-road truck tires on it if possible but i am afraid to order any because i dont know what will or wont fit

If you have threaded shock bodies, you can crank them down a bit to get a few milimeters of clearance or put spacers if you don't have threaded bodies. The average running height for on-roads is about 5-6mm. You can go higher but the handeling will suffer and more rollovers will happen.

Try to get the height as even as possible. Only way to really get it balanced is with a suspension tweak board. If you don't have one click on the link below. It shows you how to do it the "old school" way. The reasoning behind this is to get even distribution of weight transfer during holeshots, braking and more controlled turns. It is being shown on an eletric touring sedan, but the same principle applies to all vehicles, even off road vehicles.

make sure that the previous owner does not have the droop screws adjusted so that the arms dont have much travel. the screws are located in the arms themselves and thread down to push against the chassis. if they are there, try backing them out some to give you more travel. there are holes for them in all HPI onroad cars, however not every car came with them iirc, so dont be shocked if they arent there, but its something to look for.
