Recently put the foc in my classic tmaxx and I love it. Was Playing out front with it last night and the roads were a bit damp. I was doing donuts when it hit a dry spot and grabbed and then shot straight into a curb. It stopped dead and stalled.

It started right back up. I hit the gas and it went fine for a sec or two. Then I could here a grinding sound. Tried hitting the throttle a few times to investigate. After a couple times when I hit the gas it would rev up with the grinding sound but hardly move.

I stripped the truck last night to check It out. One of the legs on the engine mount was broke but the gear mesh was still good. One tooth onthe spur gear was missing though. Trans was perfect. Could it be the differentials and is there a way to check or should I just take them apart? When I took off one of the front tires holding the tire wouldn't work. Actually had to take pliers and hold drive shaft to get the nut off

The above would indicate a stripped wheel or wheel hex which would cause loss of drive to the front wheels. I would also check the diffs, donuts are probably the most destructive thing you can do to the drive train.

That figures. Since the foc the trucks had more power. I got a bit carried away! I checked the wheel hex. I'll check the diffs today. Thanks for the quick response
