Grill Tips anyone??

I have done a grill on my TRAT all metal but looking to see what ideas you guys have to do this grill?? Have 33 head lights coming.

Grill is almost done, I do have a tiny black rubber mold skull with the bones back at home. Maybe set it off a little the hand made grill insert silver letting dry over night then frame up the rest. Have to wait to mount headlights when I get home next week sent the there.

Personally if it were me I would cut the center grill section out, then go to walmart where they have metal mesh office supplies like the business card holder. Then cut it to size and glue that to the inside with shoe goo.

Many of the '60s era altered class cars ran a blank fibreglass grill shell. The shell you imaged would be correct for that period. 'AC'

Grill is getting there..

This should be tricky.. And can’t find a scale radiator for poop. Probably have to make my own Wish I had my headlights sent here too ehhh.
