Great place to run

I found a great place to run my T-maxx, its a playground with small bits of shredded up tires instead of mulch and if you drive the car right you can get very satisfying 4-5 ft tall rooster tails of small bits of rubber to spray friends with. And because its rubber it wont scratch anything up on the car.

pretty nice man, and i bet it barely gets dirty in all that rubber.

is it like the new astro-turf on football fields? That stuff would be cool. It had the rubber shreds mixed in the turf itself.

Yea only its a little bit bigger chunks of rubber, about 1 centimeter its great though and like Willthethrill said the car dosent get that dirty, but sometimes getting it dirty is half the fun right.:w00t:

Now that sounds cool. A 1 acre lot of rubber millings would be awesome. Especially if you could setup burms, hills, jumps, banks and so on.

I like the sounds of having a clean ride after a run. As anal as I am about cleaning them down.......

So where does one find a rubber milling field?

try your local Division 1A acredited university. I Have only seen it on college football fields. And thats only about 1 % of those. But play grounds are going to them for safety reasons.

It isnt astro turf its just little pellets of rubber i think they do it for saftey and to recycle the used tires.

you would probably get in trouble for running a nitro car/truck on a 1A field i dont think they would be too happy with a nitro car/truck on their 5 million dollar field
