RC Driving Style
I was driving my wide nitro pede this afternoon. After a few full speed runs down the street I decided to do a full speed run up the sidewalk and into my yard. Only problem was we have (well had now!) one of those cheap volleyball/badminton nets set up. I hit the plastic post for the net at full speed with no time to even think about braking. The truck survived with no damage whatsoever, or so I thought... I neglected to see the splintered piece of the decimated post that had made its way between my clutchbell and spur gear. I ran for about 5 seconds and suddenly had no more go.

I really wish I had footage of it. The post splintered everywhere, and I seriously thought my wife was going to skewer me with the shattered end!

Sounds like a nice bit of carnage. I've had something like that happen with my savage. Only it was an old door from home improvements. The hollow particle board kind. I wish I had a video camera at the time... That would have been killer footage.

Ah, badminton is overrated anyway! Consider it a good way of getting rid of something!

I did something similar with my Savage, except it was neighbor's mailbox that paid the price!

i wouldnt call mine a great crash but 75kmh into a cement block would of been good on a vid. worse day in my revo's life.lost the whole front end , everything and bent the frame amd some other parts i know i forgetting

I did that to my neighbors solar outdoor lamp. Wasn't paying attention and then I hear crack. There goes the lamp. And the funny thing is they haven't replaced it or notice it yet lol.:celb2:

Sounds like some more good crashes! I'm amazed at the damage these cars can do. Poor stationary objects never saw it coming!

i guess I'm the unlucky one that poor cement block didnt feel a thing , it was my truck that took all the damage

as i read it, the sad thing is YOU havent replaced it yet :nono:

why do they pay for your not paying attention to your $500 toy?. man up & take responsability for you actions

lol.. i too hit my neighbors outdoor solar lamp.. the kind that hangs on a stick... his yard is four steps higher than the driveway and i love jumping off his steps.. i barely clipped it and it went flying..lol.. i put it back together and the dang thing still worked..lol

i had some of those solar lights, i started with 10 i have about 5 left, they just seem to jump in the way!!

In the short time I have had my buggy I've created quite a bit of carnage. Last was my wife's planter that sits next to the garage. Zigged when I should have zagged and BAM clay planter, dirt, and flowers went flying everywhere. She didn't find it as amusing as I did though.
