I graduated last night. I'm offically out of school and its a better sweet feeling. Now I have to get a real job lol. But any way I'm just really excited to move on with my life. So far for graduation I have bought myself a nice new DX3 witch is bitchen, and soon to be RB motor. My parents are geting me a new dirt bike so everything will work out great! All I got to say though is to all those parents out there watch your kids walk, dont F*** with trying to take a pic at the last minute like my mom and dad. My mom tryed to take a pic and was staring at the camera and the people in front of them stood up and blocked the moment so my mom didnt see me walk or shake the guys hand(Bummed) And my dad was bussy telling the people to sit the hell down. O well just got to think of the good.

The first thing you need to do is open an IRA NOW!!!
Put $20.00 a week in it. When you get a better job double or tipple it. This should be your priority before anything else.

In the meantime, go party your ass off and do as many young chicks as you can!!!! Make sure they have small underwear, you will see plenty of larger ones later in life.

Ed speaks wisely on the IRA. Don't wait on this thinking you will do it later. You are only costing yourself tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands in the long term.

So true!!! Man I remember the girlfriends of the past in their shorty shorts and thongs... trust me when I say once she is your wife.... the granny panties show themselves... the nice lacy bras... become boaring padded bras. Enjoy this time while you can!

Now begins the work of life........jump right in and take Eddys advice...save now or want later. I did not learn this one until late and it has been a bitch playing catch up.

Oh yea see thee world of fine candidates before settling down to be corralled....the young ladies today are so much more educated in these areas than in the past....Enjoy!!

Ya guys thanks all!!! I just can't decide what to do go to comunitty college or shoot for this art institute that I really would like to attend, Its the most highly renoun art school for drawing cars and such, which I'm really into. I dont quite know if I want to be a greas monkey or be on the other side designing cars. I got to make up my mind quick though, so Ill see. I love drawing and sketching and if I could make a life time job that I enjoy doing then I'm set. Thanks again though guys.

Heartfelt congratulations go out to you, Bryson. Most of us here were betting that you couldn't do it.
Unseriously, though, now reality starts to set in. Take the summer off, then go with your heart. Art cannot be learned, only improved on. That's something that's a gift. Go for it. You can still pick up a few extra brain cells in a community college any time you want, even after you retire.
Yup, time to start thinking about retiring.
 
Thanks, trust me I can draw lol. I was thinking the same thing, just geting a easy full time job over the summer. The fishing store around the corner is hireing full time and I'm goin over there to get a application today. My wood shop teacher could get me a job as a carpenter framing houses as a pice worker probally but I'm not shure I want to work that hard. Any way thanks, and congrats to anyone else on here that graduated this year.

P.S. Ok here are a few little sketches that I drew in class when I was bord. There is room for improvemen which I can do, But these were out of my head in a matter of minutes. The power bird is all mine lol. The mustang my buddy showed me a pic and was like draw this right quick so I did. Any way here they are.

Best of luck with the fishing-store application, I was always jealous of my uncle who runs a fishing lure company... just chatting with people who like to fish.

I'm a little out of it today. Thats why the spelling is off. We had gradnight last night so I think I got a hour of sleep. I'm a little out of it.

Go to college,join a frat,graduate there then go into the realworld.I refer to HS as the good ol days,sure wish I was back there!
 
Wow, your sketches are super. Clean lines, great perspective. Look at the drawing Chip Foose does before he builds a custom car. They're no longer plans, they're signed and collectible art works. You've got serious skills, man. Stay with it.
Oh, just a tip....avoid that carpenter job. You might injure your hand.
 
hahaha nice one there monkey. Its sad that social security will be gone before I hit your age lol, so basically I will be paying for you and everyone else with no perks.
