Well after waiting about 1.5 months I finally have received an e-mail from Govojo stating that one of the games on my list is shipping out. So far I am not too impressed with how long it took them to send me at least one game. I have 10 games on my list. You would think they would have had at least one with in the first week of signing up. Either way I get two titles for free for signing up. I will let you know how it goes.
 
That does suck because I was thinking about trying it. But if it's going to take that long to get titles I may wait until their process smoothes out a bit..
 
I am thinking about sending them a complaint and see what I can get. I really like the idea but I don't think they can handle the volume of requests....
 
mcvickj - While I'm glad to see you tried it out to help out RCNT, it's to bad they turned out how they are thus far. I'd have to agree with everyone else - it sounds a lot like growing pains. Gaming as everyone well knows it HUGE right now and for something as good as this to come up you can expect huge demand.

Again sorry to hear it took so long, if you do anymore business with them please keep me updated.

Just another update to the thread. While I was in Orlando they sent me an e-mail letting me know that another game that was on my list has been shipped. It seems like they are starting to get better. I sent an e-mail to their customer service department just before I left for vacation. I am still waiting for a response.
