Got the hardened dogbones

Finally my hardened dogbones arrived. I must say replacing a dogbone in a savage is 150% easier than in a t-maxx. In less than 5 minutes I had removed and replaced all 4, well 3 since one of them was broken, dogbones. I ran a little test run out in the parking lot of my apartment complex for 2 tanks of fuel and she was flying.

Tower. They were not in stock and it took like 3 weeks +/- from the time I ordered them until they arrived. The shipping blew my mind because it took 12 days from the time they shipped until they arrived, I was kinda ticked that it took that long to arrive. I mean had everything gone according to plan I would had been wheels up for the desert Friday now the projected date is late next week so I should get this weeks to break my savage, I have a killer jump I want to see it take......

Yeah I know. Every other time I have ordered through Tower the shipping didn't take forever and a day but this time it made up for all the other times it arrived really fast.

Nope not yet. I had to finish packing and doing some other pre deployment stuff.

El - did you get the newer ones by HPI or another brand?

I got the HPI upgrade ones for the axles. I now need them to make a set for the drive shafts as well so I will have something to replace the stock ones when I break them.
