i got my dad a tmaxx for xmas, i got it used w/ the pro 15 for pretty cheap, but i noticed if i hold it off of the ground and turn the spur gear manually the wheels dont turn, but on my nitro rustler they do, i was wondering if this is normal? thanx

yeah it's normal, there is a clutch in the tranny

k thanx, and btw: how do i put the air filter cuz it either hits the carb arm or the spur gear, how do yall position it, it came with a little tiny tiny filter, but it doesn't look like it would do much cleaning, so can yall show me some pix of yall tmaxx w/ the stock filter on it? thanx

Hey ohs congrats on the purchase. The T with reverse has a clutch in the tranny if you go to a FOC the it will have a static drive line and act like your other truck. X

get a Motor Saver air filter!

i have a motor saver for my rustler but i dont wanna spend 15 more dollars on a filter for my dad, i might just rig this one up somehow.

I've got a couple of OS filters that you could put on with a zip tie.

thanx car god, but i put the os filter that came w/ my os 12 that i put in my rusty and just extended it from the carb w/ a piece of vinyl tubing, works great.
