My wife and my son went to bed early and I was left alone.... bored, so I decided to clean up my garage a bit and go through my tool boxes, well I ended up finding my electric box and scrounged up enough stuff to make some pre runner lights for my revo

It is running off of a 9v battery with a 3.6 battery takes the load when it gets fully charged (about 30 seconds!) so that battery should last months, and I threw on an on/off switch. Now I don't feel so bad for holding on to junk parts that I'll never use lol

EDIT: I pulled the rechargeable battery out of a wind up radio, The module with a sprocket on it that spins and produces a charge is still good if anybody needs it for a project or wants it at all I'll give it to you for free, I see no circumstance where I would use one.

Looks cool dude. I put about 30 LED's on my sisters t-maxx. It has head light, brake lights, and under glow. Lights are always fun!
 
you should see my rusty it has police lights all over it also when i get the t maxx I'm putting 5 10mm white leds on top 3 in frount 2 in the back and red under the car
 
I'm looking for some led police lights to put on the top, where did you get yours?
 
on somthing like that id really need the body for it i usaly chrge like 20$ shipped for that
its pretty cool do drive it at night
 
I don't think I'm going to do it anymore, I just had my LHS order a 70 HEMI Cuda body. I couldn't resist.
 
ya 1st page like i said i can pretty much make anythaing the 1 on there is kinda cheap slowgreen bought 1 and he likes it pretty well
 
ya did you look at the pictures
measure the top of the body and tell me how wide you no the each light flashes red/blue
and it will prob be about 10 for 7$ shipp. is kinda high it coast 5$ for the last one to be shipped
 
The body will be in either next friday or next monday so I'll measure it and let you know.
 
the last 1 i did i thank had 9 or 10 do you want them stright up or bent forward
to shine the light forward they are pretty bright video doesent show it and I'm about to make a fog light kit steel bar in the back of the truck and have 4 white leds really bright
there bright enough to drive at night

do you want them pointing forward i have a revo ill see how many i can fit on the top do you want any on the bottom like neon or something like that extra 2$ to shipp
 
I want them straight, I don't want all the way across, I want it to look as close to actual police lights as you can do. They will be going on a stock revo body instead of the cuda, so 2 or three inches I think would do it.
