I bought a revo on ebay with an OS .18tm , 2 sets of wheels and tires, stock 2.5r , full set of RPM A-ARMS and a load of extra small parts. I just received it today and tuned it for my elevation and HOLY GOD...this thing pulls wheels up in the first 6inches of forward movement. My brother has a revo with an RB .23tz in it and it hauls too.

My question is this. Take a look at these wheels and hub adapters

after i put these wheels on it , i noticed that the hub itself will move outward 2mm. I checked on my brother revo and it doesn't do it. i have a jato and a savage 25, but never drove his revo so its good to be able to have one to compare with. Is this movement bad ? and what do i need to do to make it normal. ALL FOUR hubs do it. The truck runs great and handles awesome, so it being that way doesn't seem to affect it.

oh ok i found them in one of the 2 freezer bags..i take it they go BEHIND the wheel pin?

Yep! Jmarzilli nailed it! Put them between the axle carrier and pin and you'll be golden!

By the way, if you are constantly pulling wheelies, change the spur to 36T and the CB to 16T and rather than it going wheels up, you'll smoke your brother off the line!
